to use Motoman support with Scorpion Vision Software

We are proud to announce a new Scorpion plugin available in all Scorpion versions.
The MotoMan plugin is used to interface MOTOMAN robots via a serial communication line using the MOTOMAN library MotoCom32.
The following example scenario is easily supported:
- Robot sends product information and camera trigger to Scorpion
- Scorpion capture image and locates products
- Scorpion sends position - x,y,angle and status to robot

Scorpion Starter Kit - the perfect introduction for making your
own Vision solutions.
The kit includes a Scorpion Enterprise software
license and a 2 days training course where you learn how to use Scorpion
Vision Software™.
Due to the easy to use imaging tools and the
standard but configurable user interface, the course participants are
able to configure their own applications, and establish communication
links to control systems.
Bring your own notebook and you will have a
Vision system running during the course that can later be configured to a
real application.
No programming skills are required, but general
engineering knowledge about light and lenses including some practice with
other engineering software like AutoCad or others, may ease the start up
phase.
In June we have training in Norway and Sweden:
- Monday 16. and Tuesday 17. June 2003, Oslo, Norway, Invitation in Norwegian
- Wednesday 18. and Thursday 19. June 2003, Ljungby, Sweden, Invitation in Swedish
The course material is in English and we welcome english speaking participants.
